Due to new Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and growing concerns over lead in drinking water, H.B.&T.S. Utility District will be conducting a water service line inventory survey at your meter box to determine service line material between now and December 2024.
The survey will consist of a small pothole for a visual inspection of both the Utility’s side, and homeowner side of the meter. The District will restore your property in any disrupted areas. If your home was built after July 1988, your service may not be subject to the survey.
